Weddings are meant to be fun! This beautiful couple truly embodied that spirit. Their wedding was designed as a joyful summer celebration, filled with vibrant florals, thoughtful details, and a relaxed but elevated atmosphere for their guests.
Leading up to the wedding, I worked closely with the bride through several planning meetings to discuss floor plans, table layouts, décor placement, guest experience, timelines, and overall event flow. Careful preparation ensured that every detail had a designated place and that the vision the bride wanted could be brought to life seamlessly on the wedding day.

As the day-of coordinator, I managed the behind-the-scenes details while helping direct vendors, staff, and the wedding party to keep everything moving according to schedule. From coordinating setup, ensuring décor was placed correctly, to directing guests and overseeing transitions throughout the event, my role was to create a smooth experience for the couple while allowing them to fully enjoy their big day.
The couple incorporated a summer garden-party aesthetic throughout the venue. Seasonal florals were thoughtfully dispersed across the space, complemented by personalized signage, stationery, and carefully curated table décor. Each place setting was intentionally styled with menus, name cards, elegant tableware, linens, and personalized guest favors, creating a cohesive and welcoming experience at every table.
The finished design felt intimate, vibrant, and effortlessly celebratory, reflecting the couple's personalities while providing their guests with a memorable and beautifully coordinated experience.
